Creating New OP Registration from Appointment

How to place a NEW OP REGISTRATION from Appointment? After Logging in, Go to Appointment. Once the Patient arrives, Click Register, Click New Patient. Add Patient’s Details. Select Prescription type (OP/IP), Referred doctor (Doctor’s Name). Fill all the required details and click on the CONFIRM button.
