Adding Result Option to a Test

Search for Particular Test in Report Master.
Edit Test, Go to Result option Button.
If any Result option Added previously it will be displayed.
To Add, Select New Result Option, Enter the Value in text Box and Save.
There are two option given, Default & Result Highlight.
if Default Selected then Result will be Displayed by default in the drop down & Result Highlight option will make result in bold appearance.
