List of all orders created today. This is the first screen you access when you log in to AyusLab. You can search and filter today’s order based on various parameters provided.

Workspace

1. No: Serial Number.
2. Type: IP or OP (In-Patient/Out-Patient).
3. Patient: Name, Age and Gender.
4. Reg/Lab No: Registration number of patient and lab number of that order.
5. Venue: Venue where the order is registered.
6. Prescribed By: Referring doctor.
7. Reference Center: Reference centre (Ex. Attached hospital, corporate or other labs).
8. Bill No: Bill number.
9. Bill: Shows the bill amount and status – if it is due or paid. You can click on the amount, to get a detailed view in a pop-up and move to the page of Bill Details.
10. Lab Tests: List of lab tests are shown along with the status of prescription.
11. Actions: Click on ‘details’ to navigate to the page “Prescription”
12. Print Worksheet: You can take the printout of the selected tests and write down results in the sheet or hardcopy. Refer “Print Worksheet” below for more.

Search Prescriptions:

You can search today’s prescriptions with the following parameters;

1. Patient Name: Name of the patient.
2. Sample Number: Sample Number of the patient.
3. Lab No: Lab number of that order.
4. Bill No: bill number of that order.
5. Mobile No: Mobile number of a patient.
6. All Category: Shows different Test Categories select appropriately.
7. Service Item Name: Enter service item name.
8. Status: Status of report – prescribed, in-process, report dispatched, a report generated.
9. IP/OP Number: IP or OP number of the patient.
10. Registration Number: Registration number of the patient.
11. Prescription Type : IP or OP (In-Patient/Out-Patient).
12. All Venues: Filter by Venue where the order is registered.
13. Reference Center: Reference centre (Ex. Attached hospital, corporate or other labs).
14. Referred By: Select the doctor referred by from the drop-down box.
15. All /Outsourced: Filter tests which are outsourced.
16. UHID No: Unique Health Identification Number.
17. Passport No: passport number of the patient.
