How to add NEW BILL for Consultation Fee or Lab Order in a hospital?

1. In Navigational Bar, Under OP, Go to OP.
2. Click Details to see Patient Details.
3. Click New Bill, add service item (Lab Order or Consultation Fee).
4. Add appropriate details and click Confirm.
