How to create discharge summary in IP for a hospital?

1. In Navigational Bar, Click IP.
2. Click Details to see Patient Details.
3. Go to IP Admission, Click Discharge Summary.
4. Select the appropriate discharge summary template, then Click Discharge.
5. Go to the patient details tab and Refresh to see details of the update, That’s It.
