How to create Creating OP Prescription for a hospital?

1. In Navigational Bar, Under OP, Go to OP.
2. Click Details to see Patient Details.
3. Click Prescibe to add a prescription.
4. Doctor need to input the following Details,
   1. History, Diagnosis, Investigation, Medication, Examination, Next Appointment details.
5. Click Prescribe to Submit the prescription details.
