How to add prescriptions for a patient by a doctor?

1. In Navigational Bar, Under OP, Go to OP Prescription.
2. Click New Prescription.
3. Add Basic Patient Details.
4. Doctor need to input the following Details,
   1. History, Diagnosis, Investigation, Medication, Examination, Next Appointment details.
5. Submit to see the prescription details.
6. Print if required.
